Welcome to our Centre Manager, Stephen Thomas

We’re thrilled to be able to welcome Stephen Thomas as our Centre Manager. Stephen us in mid-February. He will be running the core operations of the Centre and will work with the Theme Leads to develop and deliver on the strategic plan for the Centre.

What nature Recovery means to me

While I would probably define nature recovery as meaning a global increase in the scale, abundance and variety of resilient, biodiverse ecosystems; its personal meaning for me relates to healing society’s broken relationship with nature and being a good ancestor to the next generation by striving to leave the biosphere in a better condition than it is today.

Environments that make me happy

Walking in Ancient woodland, steaming in a mobile sauna, sipping a nice drink in a jazz club and lazing on the sofa with my family
