Welcome to our new Knowledge Exchange Officer, Kay Jenkinson

We are pleased to welcome Kay Jenkinson to the Leverhulme Centre for Nature Recovery as our Knowledge Exchange Officer. Kay will be assisting researchers to develop strong links with stakeholders to enable greater impact for their research.

Knowledge exchange is all about finding ways to ensure that academic discovery and ideas are taken up and have a positive impact on society. I’m looking forward to working with the Centre’s research and stakeholder community to ensure that more of our findings are shared and applied, for further and faster nature recovery.” Stated Kay.

Kay brings with her a wealth of experience, previously having worked in knowledge exchange and communications roles for research programmes on energy, infrastructure and on climate adaptation.

Additionally, Kay has worked in communications roles in local government, the charitable sector and with a social enterprise.
