EJ Milner-Gulland becomes a Dame in first King’s Birthday Honours list
We are thrilled that our colleague EJ. Milner-Gulland has today become a Dame in the first King’s Birthday Honours list. During EJ’s 32 year-long career in biodiversity conservation she has inspired, mentored and led others in impactful, cutting edge conservation work.
EJ is currently a member of the Leverhulme Centre for Nature Recovery’s executive group, and leads our Integration Theme.
We’re so lucky to have EJ on our team and send her our congratulations for this well-deserved award.
‘A lot of the credit needs to go to the past and present members of my group, the Interdisciplinary Centre for Conservation Science. They work on a wide range of collaborative projects which aim to support and improve conservation policy and practice around the world, and are a constant source of inspiration to me.’ – Professor Milner-Gulland
